We’ve been Blessed, and so has she.

Well today was Emily’s Blessing day. She was blessed by her Papa Browne. Thank you daddy! It was a wonderful blessing and perfect!
Emily did wonderful during the whole meeting and waited till the end when we were taking pictures to scream. I don’t blame her, she was hungry. Since her developing colic she has times where she wants to eat but it hurts her tummy so she only eats tiny bits. Well she had only eaten a tiny bit before we left. She ate well at 5am but then barely ate until after the meeting at 12:00. Ethan did very well also. He kept quiet and behaved. He was even so proud that he was able to show Grandpa Mainprize where the bathroom was all by himself. He’s growing up so much! He was too cute when he insisted on having his own hymn book and then proceeded to try and sing the song with us. It was so sweet to see him trying so hard. It seems like it was just Ethan being blessed.

We were/are blessed to have so much family here to share these special days with. Here are some pictures of all of us after the meeting and then some after we got home and she had eaten and was happy.

I think it’s so cute her big wide eyes. She slept so much in the beginning that we didn’t realize just how wide her eyes get, but she gets so into things and acts like she’s going to pop her eyes out of their sockets trying to see everything. They also seem to be lightening up from a steel blue to blue. (still no where near as bright as Ethan’s though) we’ll see what they change to!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

We had a little get-together with my parents new years eve. We introduced sparklers to Ethan and had some fun. Ethan loved the sparklers! Emily had a tummy ache all night but was worn out enough from all the going-on’s that once we got her to sleep at 11pm she didn’t wake up or make a peep until 5:00am.

Do I look tired? Yep I am! Happy new year!
